For some reason Texas is deciding again to change the license plate. I swear just a couple years ago they changed it to have all the little outlines on bottom and sky scene on top. Sorry I voted for "Natural Texas"... so you should have to put in your address or Drivers license number to be able to vote or something so that people from other states can't decide our license plate.
